The Ghana Education Service (GES) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE) has asked teaching and non-teaching staff of the service to submit details through the EMIS platform called KoBoToolbox.
EMIS stands for Educational Management Information System. It is a system for gathering, integrating, processing, maintaining, and disseminating data and information to aid in decision-making, policy analysis and formulation, planning, monitoring, and management at all levels of an educational system.
It is a system made up of people, technology, models, methods, processes, procedures, rules, and regulations that work together to give educational leaders, decision-makers, and managers at all.
The information required to be submitted by GES staff includes the following, Date of birth, School Code, Registered Number and others.
How to Fill and Submit EMIS Teacher Data
1. Log on to https://ee.humanitarianresponse.info/x/uFYaHLyH
2. Enter the 11-Digit School Code. ( Ask your Headmaster for it)
3. Proceed by providing all the data required as stated above.
4. Check to confirm all the information provided.
5. Click on the submit button and wait for an SMS from EMIS.
Repeat the process if you do not receive an SMS within 20–30 minutes
