With Parliament set to determine the fate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) member of Parliament for Dormi- Kwebenya, Serah Adwoa Sarfo, today, the MP is also believed to have arrived in town few days ago and getting ready to make public appearance and engagement.
Serah Adwoa Sarfo has been the subject of discussion for some time now because of her long absence from Parliament as well as her constituency. Many have long called for her seat to be declared vacant as a result.
But the good news is that she in town. What many are doubting is wether her presence may change the decision of Parliament to keep her seat or to declare it vacant. Some believe the decision to declare her seat vacant has nothing to do with her presence today but her past stewardship.
The report noted that she will be addressing her constituents today or tomorrow and interact with them because it’s been a long time she engaged with them.
Mr Ernest Manu on JoyNews said “The information we have is that she’s in town. She’s been here a few days now and in the next 24 hours she’s expected to make a public appearance. She is also expected to have some public engagement.”
