American-based Ghanaian journalist, Kelvin Taylor has shared an interesting document, which he alleges that it contains the plan of the Nana Addo-led administration to protect the corrupt appointees under Nana Addo’s government.
“This letter here if you read carefully suggest that Akuffo Addo is clandestinely protecting his corrupt appointees from severe punishment when he leaves office and another party takes over”, Kelvin Taylor wrote.
Kelvin Taylor was of the view that the next Mahama government must be interested in this document. The document was a letter from the office of the Attorney General and the Ministry of Justice. It was a press release that announced the passage of the “Plea Bargaining Law” which has been in Parliament for some months now. After several months, Parliament successfully passed this law and it got some support from members of the Minority caucus, especially those in the Parliamentary select committee in charge of legal and constitutional matters.
The document explained what the Plea Bargaining law was and Kelvin Taylor sought to draw the attention of Ghanaians to the secrets behind the passage of this law.https://www.facebook.com/316935821737208/posts/pfbid0zXgcTT6wR7Q298ycMgvp2REyhc5ZgXRTuoBGxWEoMCD6HogNV3ikVBTwpdYgQAk7l/?app=fbl
