The Russian Embassy further listed the import activities between Ghana and some other 15 powerful countries.This was shared by Nana Aba Anamoah on her official Facebook page.
The motive of the message was to clarify that our hardship as Ghanaians can never and ever be blamed on them ( Russia).
Per the statistics shown , Russia appears to be the lowest importer to Ghana in all the listed products as attached below.
Interestingly, some cheap products like chewing gum, toffees and other minor agricultural products are all imported. The post by the Russian Embassy sparked a debate on social media.
While others felt that, Russia is trying hard to make government unpopular, there were those who felt that the message was very important for the sake of clarity.
