Accra Hearts of Oak have decided against renewing the contracts of striker, Kofi Kordzi and midfielder, Frederick Ansah Botchway.
The Phobians have also informed Patrick Razak, William Dankyi, Larry Sumaila Ibrahim and Manaf Umar that their contracts will not be renewed.
The Phobians were not at their best last season where they missed the league title to rivals, Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Last two seasons was the best for the 21-time league champions when they swept the board by winning the league title and the FA Cup as well.
That double win, that’s the league and the FA Cup gave Accra Hearts of Oak an automatic ownership of the 2021/22 Ghana Super Cup ahead of their continental campaign.
The Phobians however had a poor campaign in the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup where they exited at the final playoff stage. They will return to the CAF Confederation Cup after winning the FA Cup.
