The photo saw the Supreme Court Judge embossed on New Patriotic Party NPP’s 2016 campaign banner. After the post, Majority of people felt that his position to the Supreme Court could be politically motivated.
Larry Gbevlo Lartey ceased the opportunity to sarcastically congratulate the elevated Supreme Court Judge. Not even his congratulatory message calmed down the tempers of NPP communicators.
Some of the NPP communicators criticised Larry Gbevlo Lartey for posting the unexpected picture.
” This is pathetic. Don’t we have former National Democratic Congress parliamentary candidates as judges ? Leave this for the Footsoldiers. You should know better” One Paa Yaw fired Gbevlo Lartey for posting the picture.
” Paa Yaw, so we should not congratulate him ?” Gbevlo Lartey replied Paa Yaw.
MY TAKE
Many people knew the reason why Gbevlo Lartey shared the unexpected photo. Meanwhile, he should know that been a politician in NPP or NDC doesn’t stop you from serving your country. Dormaahene who personally declared his support for John Dramani Mahama was appointed as a High Court Judge. That doesn’t mean because he is an NDC sympathiser he can’t be promoted. Indeed, I side with Paa Yaw. Some things should be left for Footsoldiers to share and not seasoned politicians like Gbevlo Lartey. His action was mischievous and petty !.
