The Ghana Health Service says it is currently stressed with three main deiseases.
Speaking at the Ministers Press Briefing at the Ministry of Information, the Ghana Health Service boss said like every other country around the world, Ghana is currently battling with COVID-19 pandemic, monkeypox and Marburg infection.
According to him, COVID has shown a downward trend with recent report and the Ghana Health Service (GHS) prays it continues.
However, the two new ones which is the monkeypox and the Marburg virus is something that they are battling with now.
The biggest question here is with our current situation, where we are at the IMF seeking a bailout for our ailing economy how would we be able to handle these and the mix if it becomes a serious or critical issue?
We are of the hope that these two pandemics will not be anything that will spread because then, Ghana for that matter the health service will be in a big trouble.
