Kintampo Manchester united FC emerged winners in B.A.F.R.A. championship.

Football is always a game of thrones which takes the heart of all presence at that moment.

Every nation, cities,towns and communities have shown the passion of involving in football.

So names of higher professional footballers are used by many children within the community.

Kintampo happens to be one of the community within Ghana which most young boys and girls cherish football as well as athletics dated back in the 70s.

As evidence, Baba Yara who is one of the nation’s football legend was born in Kintampo. In recent time we have Stephen Many and also Richmond Ayi who is playing at Hearts.

From then till now most football teams exist. From the time of Yara Stars and Vita Club, currently Kintampo Manchester united, Sharp Arrows, SASA, Super Eagles, Great United and others are on the of GFA and operate under B.A.F.R.A in the Regional level.

The u-17 juvenile league was played in all zones in the Bono East Region and sub- league hosted in Kintampo this year. 

Kintampo Manchester united FC was among the qualified teams to play the championship at the Bono East capital, Techiman.

 

The Head Coach Yakubu Osman together with his technical stuff made it to the finals.

The team captain Effah Solomon and his players fought hard to lift the trophy.

The team with these young players such Sanja, Bash, Landu, Bright, Robbin, Philip,Jonas and many others can’t afford to come home without good results.

Hard Work pays. The team trains at Kintampo R/C park.
