The Finance Minister is expected to be at Parliament today to present to the house, the Mid Year review budget. As at now, he has not made an appearance yet and this has caused some worries around. However, the newly elected Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Chairman Stephen Ntim, and the newly elected General Secretary, Justin Kodua, made a grand appearance at Parliament today.
As it has become a norm, executives and bigwigs of the two major political parties in the country do make it a point always to support and represent their parties at such important gatherings. It came as no shock as the newly elected executives stormed Parliament today.
The issue however is that the duo do not have that serious composure that their predecessor, Chairman Freddie Blay, and John Boadu. However, they walked around in Parliament with this calm composure, and Ghanaians, particularly members of the New Patriotic Party, are wondering if the two can confront the NDC with this less dangerous and brave composure.
