2 Ghanaian players appeared in the all time African best starting lineup.

Africa as a continent has done a lot of great achievements in terms of football.

Individually, most of the players have achieved great things in football for themselves and their country as a whole.

Three Ghanaian players appeared in the all time best African Starting lineup.

Here the players:

Starting from the goal keeping we have Thomas Nkano of Cameroon as the first choice goalkeeper.

The defenders are Nurudeen Neybert of Morocco on the left back, Rigobert Song of Cameroon as the center back and Samuel Kuffour of Ghana as the right back.

The mid fielders are Yaya Toure of Cote Ivory Coast, Abedi Ayew Pele of Ghana, Jay Jay Okocha of Nigeria and Nyanow Kano also of Nigeria.

The strikers are Didier Drogba of Ivory Coast, George Oppong Wiah of Liberia and Samuel Eto’o of Cameroon.

So Samuel Osei Kuffour and Abedi Ayew Pele are the only Ghanaian players to appear in the African starting eleven.
