A young Ghanaian man probably between the ages of 20 and 30 years has been recorded on camera given a by-force bath by his friends for allegedly not bathing for three years. If you watch the video carefully, you can see a lot of Okada riders at a station holding this guy tightly and giving him a by-force bath. According to the Okada rider, their colleague always ‘smells’ and they know for sure he hasn’t bathed for over 3 years now.
The Okada rider was seen fighting his friends for giving him a by-force bath but because his friends are many they were able to control him and bath him while sitting on his motor. The guys were seen with a sponge, soap, and a bucket of water aggressively bathing this Okada rider by the roadside.
This is what some of the Okada riders said in the typical Twi language, “He doesn’t like bathing, he hasn’t bath for over 3 years now. What kind of person is this? The smell alone is enough to judge but today whether he likes it or not, he will be given a clean bath”.
