Today marks the 10th anniversary of the death of the Former President of the Republic of Ghana, John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills. There have been some controversies surrounding his death and this controversy have eaten into who preserves his heritage; his family, the state, or Koku Anyidoho.
Whiles reminiscing some memories of the Former President, Investigative Journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni has dropped some controversial statements about the Late Former President which has generated massive reactions from Ghanaians. Manasseh Azure stated emphatically that John Evans Atta Mills came to serve the good people of Ghana. He also added that the Late Atta Mills was not a thief. This claim raised a lot of concern.
This is because, nobody had said that John Evans Atta Mills was a thief for which reason, he, Manasseh Azure, must come and debunk. Some Ghanaians saw this claim as an indirect jab to the current administration and the people at the helm of affairs in the country.
