North Tongu member of Parliament Honorable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has this morning opined on the recent happenings in the New Patriotic Party and how internal wranglings has primarily invaded their party.
He humorously pleaded with Ghanaians to be merciful and take it easy on the respected current Majority Leader in Parliament, Hon. Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu.
He rather asserted that Ghanaians should rather be circumspect and more vigilant with how they deal with the current president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
He wrote on Facebook inciting that “The good people of Suame should simply open their eyes properly and see President Akufo-Addo’s 10,885 kilometres of new road”.
He also added that “We beg of them to take it easy on our respected Majority Leader, Hon. Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu”.
Ghanaians however reacted to the morning post from the North Tongu Lawmaker. Below are randomly collated reactions from them:
• The roads in the Suame area are really in horrible condition particularly the stretch from Buohu to Suame roundabout which is an international road linking Ghana to Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger. It can take you two hours on that stretch and another one hour to traverse Kumasi to Ejisu.
• The youth will no more tolerate any lazy MP. Kindly talk to your colleague honorable majority leader to fix his roads else, he will lose.
