It’s No Case We’ve Not Done More Reads Than The NDC – Kamal Deen

Abdul Kamal Deen, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) deputy director of communications, has denounced the hurling of sachet water at Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, the majority leader in parliament, on July 18 in Suame. He called it a terrible scenario.

Over broken pledges to rebuild the roads in his area, some craftsmen allegedly hooted at and pelted the member for Suame with sachet water. The locals had previously given notice that they would protest the government and the legislator over the state of the roads.

On Tuesday, July 19, Kamal Deen discussed this issue on the New Day show with Johnnie Hughes and emphasized that the populace needed to recognize the government’s efforts in the road sector.

According to him, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration did not build as many roads as the Akufo-Addo administration has. Despite what it might have seemed like yesterday, he continued, “We need to say that road needs to be fixed, but it is not the case that we have not reads more than the NDC.”
