Since last week Vice president Bawumia has been trending for various reasons. It can be recalled that during a lecture last week, the Vice President mentioned that he will prefer the Ghana card than having 1000 interchanges. This illustration didn’t go down well with many Ghanaians who wondered why the head of the Economic management team will even say this.
In a series of comments of reactions, Ghanaians blasted the Vice President for saying this. Indeed, even though the Ghana card has futuristic power, during economic hardships like now, many felt the Vice president should have been moderate with his words. Tilapia the Cartoonist has illustrated a number of projects that he feels President Akufo-Addo should abandon because the Ghana Card is better than them.
The projects include Agenda 111, Cape Coast harbor, Sky Train and Boankra Inland Port. The last 3 don’t look plausible to happen. Even Agenda 111 has question marks around it before the tenure ends for Akufo-Addo. Check out some of the reactions to the cartoon poster.
