Throwing more light on the Photo, it appeared that Justin Frimpong Koduah was part of the Ashanti sect of the Katanga group during his university days.

The Katanga group is made up of young men from diverse cultural backgrounds. During performances, they dress in traditional regalia of their tribes to match on campus.
