The Member of Parliament for the Tamale Central Constituency, Honorable Murtala Mohammed could not have his way through this time as he clashed with a top communicator from the NPP team. As usual, Murtala Mohammed eloquently gave reasons why he believed that the Former President Mahama, should not be compared to Dr. Bawumia.
“President Mahama borrowed 50 billion during his tenure. You are talking about infrastructure development, show me one infrastructure facility that Nana Addo has executed that was not bequeathed unto you by Mahama or the NDC”, Murtala asked the NPP panelist.
Murtala thought that the NPP panelist would not be able to respond to that question.
However, out of the blue, the NPP panelist said, “Okay, Tamale Interchange.”
For some seconds, Murtala Mohammed could not speak as he had obviously been taken aback by that response
“It is an overhead. He mentioned the Tamale Project, can you mention the eastern Corridor roads”, Murtala Mohammed later asked another question.
