The Deputy Ranking Member of the Ghanaian Parliament’s Education Committee, Honorable Doctor Clement Apaak reveals what the economic hardship has caused to the youngsters in Senior High School (SHS).
According to Honorable Doctor Clement Apaak, the hardship has compiled the youngsters in boarding school to break into their colleagues’ trunk boxes to steal food items even though they are befitting from the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy.
Honorable Doctor Clement Apaak said this act is bad and he is happy the headmasters in the various Senior High Schools are reacting towards it so it has left with the parents.
Honorable Doctor Clement Apaak also said he wishes to interfere but when he interferes, the government will say that he is against the free Senior High School (SHS). policy.
