Recently has been a great debate on social media after an allegation went viral online after the NPP government was found getting fund support from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to which a lot of individuals has shared their minds on it.
Founder of the Lord’s Parliament, Apostle Amoako-Atta has said that the government’s decision to go to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a bail out is not the solution to the nation’s economic crisis, as he emphasized that the cost of living risen due to expenses to which has gotten high in the country and in parliament.
According to him, leadership of the country should be introspective and use the available resources in the country to turn the economic fortunes of the country around but not rather taking them into their pocket and their homes because Ghana needs great leaders and not money hungry men.
Speaking on Angel FM’s Anopa Bofo Morning Show on Tuesday, July 12, the prophet said “If Jesus meets the Finance Minister and Ofori-Atta tells Jesus that Ghana’s money is finished, will Jesus tell Ofori-Atta to go to the IMF? This is the time we have to teach the nation how to find the money.”
