How 4 Brothers Broke An Economy In Just Two Years: Mahama’s Aide Tries To Link This Case In Ghana

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has set the record of been the first government in this fourth republic to appoint the highest number of family and friends into his government. This came as a huge shock to Ghanaians considering how he blasted Former President John Dramani Mahama for running a “Family and Friends” government.

Today, an aide to Former President John Dramani Mahama, Edudzi Kudzo Tamakloe shared a story or editorial in India of how four brothers from one family destroyed Sri Lanka’s economy in just two years. The four brothers were Gotabaya Rajapaksa(President of Sri Lanka), Mahinda Rajapaksa (Prime Minister), Basil Rajapaksa (Finance Minister) and Chamal Rajapaksa (Irrigation Minister).

Edudzi Tamakloe tried to establish a relationship between that case in Sri Lanka and the current structure in Ghana. In Ghana, Nana Addo as President appointed Ken Ofori Atta, his immediate relative, as Finance Minister, Amoako Atta as Road Minister and Gabby Otchere Darko acting as Defacto Prime Minister.

And truly, Ken Ofori Atta is messing up Ghana’s finance and economy. The President himself has been described as one who has lost control of the economy. And the road Minister is clearly incompetent.
