First. The first sign of aging that others see in us typically manifests in our faces, so a facial massage is a great place to start. Whether you want to tone your jawline or put off the signs of aging around your eyes, massage therapy for the face should be part of your daily practice. A higher concentration of oxygen and nutrients in the tissues is achieved through massage.

Second. Increase Your Vitamin C Intake: Protein synthesis, collagen and elastin, is greatly aided by vitamin C. Stable forms of vitamin C are my go-to because they don’t make my skin sensitive to the sun and they don’t irritate my skin.

Thirdly, anti-aging cosmetics are strongly suggested (for women). Women can delay the visible effects of aging by using any number of make-up tricks that help them keep their youthful features.
