The Controller General of the Prison Service, Isaac Aguirre also has 4 Master’s degrees; if you think you’re intelligent, he’s more intelligent than you. Your 4 Master’s degrees can not save you. Dampare will not succeed as an IGP. The police service is an institution that helps the people and it’s about the people not about yourself. Let the institution shine, you’ll also shine. Don’t try and bring yourself above the institution, you can never succeed when you do that”, the political analyst emphatically revealed.
