The Central Regional of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Robert Kutin Jnr has thrown his weight behind aspiring General Secretary of the party, Justin Frimpong Kodua.
His support comes a few weeks ahead of the party’s National Delegates Conference which will see the election of officials to steer the affairs of the party.
JFK, Chairman Kutin and his team are currently in the Central Region for a two-day campaign tour starting from today 6th to 7th July 2022 to continue with his message of hope for the grassroots of the party.
Robert Kutin urged the gathering to rally behind Lawyer Kodua and vote for him massively in the conference.
His strong administrative and managerial prowess is evidenced by the enormous transformations that have taken place at YEA under his stewardship.
Mr. Frimpong’s earlier declaration to contest the NPP General Secretary position has been received with thunderous applause by many NPP members, followers, and sympathizers who believe that change in the General Secretary’s position is necessary to invigorate party faithfuls, particularly the teeming youths, build bridges and form strong teams to make NPP more appealing to the Ghanaian electorates and to turn around its fortunes.
The current hung parliament and its adverse impact on government business is a great worry to many NPP sympathizers and financiers.
As the wind of change blows on the political landscape of Ghana in these turbulent times, many party faithful admit without reservations that NPP needs Mr. Frimpong’s energy and strong disposition to mobilize and reenergize the base to make the breaking the 8 a reality.
