Three European clubs accept Ghanaian coaches thanks to Bernhard Lippert’s connections.

The Technical Directorate of the Ghana Football Association has negotiated attachment chances for Ghanaian coaches with TSG Hoffenheim, Darmstadt FC, and Borussia Dortmund.

The three German clubs and Technical Director Bernhard Lippert have been deeply involved with one another over the past few months.

The agreement will provide national team coaches (both male and female) as well as elite coaches in the top tier Leagues with practical stints with these teams at various time intervals to broaden their horizons and equip them with new game trends.

It is important to note that Cadiz Football Club of Spain’s La Liga is now engaged in a conversation along similar lines, with an official announcement anticipated within the next few days. The Technical Directorate is trying to elevate coaching at the club and national team levels to place Ghanaian football at the pinnacle of international soccer.

Shortly, further top-notch interventions would be added. Former Eintracht Frankfurt manager Bernhard Lippert is in charge of the Ghana Football Association’s Technical Directorate, which also includes Director of Coaching Education Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah and various support personnel.

When the GFA and the former German coach signed their contract in February 2022, they highlighted the duties performed by the Technical Director, with one of those duties being the formulation of guidelines, strategies, and policies for the technical development of Ghanaian football coaches.

Yet another function means that he is in charge of the Technical Directorate’s strategy, development, and technical direction in addition to developing and implementing technical programs for grassroots, youth, and national teams that will prepare football coaches and players for the future.
