One of the Presidents in the fourth republic, under whose watch and administration, Ghana had witnessed an unprecedented demonstration, is Former President John Dramani Mahama. This was necessisated by the frequent power outages coupled with increased economic hardship plus corruption scandals. Such demonstrations were heavily attended by Ghanaians because of the heavy indulgence of celebrities and top journalists.
Today, one journalist who participated in the Occupy Ghana demonstration during the erstwhile Mahama administration, Samson Lardy Anyenini, has broken his silence with this statement.
“Things were not this bad when I joined the Occupy Ghana demonstration”
This implies that the situations and scandals under and for which Former President John Dramani Mahama was shown the exit from the seat of Presidency, has worsened all of a sudden and since he was a key advocate in that demonstration, he has decided to join the impending Arise Ghana demonstration.
