Don’t skip meals in lieu of working and be sure to take your full meal breaks. While you’re at it, get away from your desk or workspace and eat somewhere else, like a cafeteria, outdoors or in a public park for a break from the office.
5. Disobeying the Pareto principle that says 20% of your activity should generate 80% result.Lack of the ability to do the right thing at the right time which is the real definition of efficiency.
6. Lack of patience. Not having enough sleep, playing some video games or watching series when you suppose to be refreshing your brain by sleeping.
7. Constantly checking your smartphone while you work. Getting distracted frequently is one of the main productivity killers in the workplace, and using a smartphone to check things like social media updates or the performance of your investment portfolio while you’re on the job is the best way to be constantly distracted.
