The founder of Zoomlion, Elder Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyapong has made some powerful revelations at the Special Men’s Week Programme at the Pentecost International Worship Centre, Atomic.
The reputable Chief Executive Officer encouraged entrepreurs to understand that there are always challenges in doing business. He explained that when he started Zoomlion, he always prayed and fasted but he encountered several political risks. He explained that his business faces challenges every four or eight years due to the change of political power.
Dr. Agyapong further encouraged that entrepreneurs should be determined to achieve profitability. He also advised entrepreneurs to work hard. He explained that men must wake up before 6am. He stated that whilst some are sleeping, others are making money. He picked some lessons from the founder of Hilton Hotels and explained that entrepreneurs should be ready to take up risks.
Dr. Siaw Agyapong also agreed with the founder of Amway, Rich DeVos, who said that , the success of a business is based on choice not chance. Dr Agyapong also added that character is every thing when one is doing business.
The CEO of Jospong Group of Companies encouraged business men to treat their customers rightly in order to achieve success.
He also mentioned that entrepreneurs should be curious about everything. He encouraged business men to read about the country’s budgets and political issues.
