The host of Onua Maakye show on Onua TV, Captain Smart has dropped some revelations that may seem surprising to many.
Speaking on Onua FM this morning, Captain Smart clearly revealed that he knows a place in the Volta region of Ghana where an acre of land was sold at ¢45.
He added that this land can be found at the regional capital of Volta Region, Ho.
According to Captain Smart, the lands commissioner in the regional capital sold the piece of public land to someone at a cost of ¢45. He added that such land was supposed to be used to put up a building for National Meteorological service.
“25 minus 25 is not equal to zero in Ghana. It is equal to stolen jab. Government land has been sold in Ho. One acre has been sold for ¢45. The land was supposed to be used to build a house for Ghana Meteorological service” he said

Speaking about the issue of how states resources are being misused by some persons in power, Captain Smart hit hard on the board members of the National Cathedral. He added that he supports the construction of the Cathedral but the project should not be funded with the taxes of Ghanaians.
