The National Communications Director of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has boldly descended on the Akufo-Addo for how they went about the Covid-19 funds. He questioned if they have a conscience at all?
While speaking on Peace FM’s The show hosted by Nana Yaw Kesse, Sammy Gyamfi revealed that the Akufo-Addo government is struggling to accout for the Covid-19 funds because they misused it prior to the 2020 general elections. He then questioned their conscience and why they will use money meant to fight a pandemic to rather win elections.
“ This government never seems to amaze some of us. Now, they are struggling to account for the Covid-19 funds because they know they misused it and use some to win the 2020 elections. They actually used money meant to fight a pandemic to win elections. How wicked can you be? Don’t you have conscience at all? This government is disgracing the country and making Ghanaians suffer. If they have nothing to hide, why is the finance minister running away from the accountability of Covid-19 funds?” Sammy Gyamfi boldly revealed this on Peace FM.
