A woman called Hagar Agyemang met Ensford Boakye when she went to a funeral rites at Bekwai-Amponya, the man propose to her at that time but Hagar didn’t accept his proposal because she was young.
Ensford followed her to the house to meet her family members, he then took her elder sister’s number and convinced her sister to allow Hagar to marry him. Hagar said some weeks later she went to Bantama with her sister to pay Ensford a visit.The woman again said they didn’t see anything suspicious about him. She then accepted to be in a relationship with him.
She again went to visit him but he slept with her on that day. Two months later, she found out that she is pregnant, she tried to call her boyfriend to inform him about the pregnancy but his phone was switched off. She went to his house in Bantama but he was nowhere to be found. One day, her elder sister found Ensford singing at a church.
Hagar said she went to the church with her family members to meet him the moment she got the information from her sister. They sat down and inform him about his child. They decided on the amount he should pay for Hager to take care of the child. He sent the money to the woman for only three months and that was all, she didn’t hear anything from him again. The woman said she went through difficulties to take of the child.
Hagar claimed that she got married and later moved to stay at Ahensan with her husband. One day Ensford came to visit her at their house. She asked him why he doesn’t want to take care of the child.
The man explained to her that he’s lost his phone that’s why she has not been hearing from him and he promised to take care of the child. The child got sick, she called Ensford to inform him about the child’s illness but he told Anita that he too is not feeling well. Ever since that day, the man has never taken care of the child again.
