Meet The African Tribe That Only Eats Just Five Foods

With the introduction of technology and massive exposure to Western culture, most Africans are beginning to lose their identity, culture, and heritage. Most African cultures have been relegated to the background and deemed as archaic, savage, and uncivil.

Even worse, some African cultures were used by our great grandfathers for spiritual protection and other spiritual benefits have all been deemed demonic.

Hence, rarely do we see the full glare of genuine and pure African culture on display.

Hence, it was refreshing to know that a tribal group in Africa has been sticking to its culture refusing to be swayed by foreign cultures. The Hodza people of Tanzania don’t take in junk food. Everything they consume comes from nature and it’s fresh. They dress like ancient people and live a very simple life. Their diet can be conveniently categorized into five groups.

Tubers, meat, berries, baobab, and honey.
