The Hon. Member of Parliament for the people of Ningo has sent a message of consolation to Accra has of Oak following their failure to defend the league tittle.
Accra Hearts of Oak’s arch rivals, Kumasi Asante Kotoko emerged champions and were crowned yesterday in a colourful coronation.

The latest this morning to add his voice to the fever is Hon. Sam George. In a tweet this morning Sam George noted that Hearts of Oak are continental masters adding that they must cheer up.
The tweet stated “The thing pain the noisy lads from Kumasi oh. Still, ……. PHOBIA! Continental Grandmasters! Cheers”
Sam Nartey George is a Ghanaian politician.He is from Ningo. He is a member of the National Democratic Congress. In November 2015, he defeated the incumbent E. T. Mensah to represent the party in the 2016 parliamentary elections for Ningo-Prampram constituency.
Hearts of Oak failed to make the top four list this year.
