According to TV3, the Police kept firing in their bid to dispel the angry students who were in a heated and charged demonstration.
“Students too you shooting at them? Then these may not be real Police men. Inspector General of Police George Akufo Dampare must open his eyes because there are people in your domain who wants to spoil your work for you ” Fred Ayensu reacted to the shootings.
” Firing live ammunition at students? What do these people want? I’m sad that the Clergy is very silent on all these. They are all part of this evil agenda against Ghana. Fire burn you all ” One Kenny Jicks added his voice.
TV3 never confirmed if some of the students got injured, died or passed out. Let’s await this developing story.
