25 astonishing ways to be KIND

You don’t need an excuse to help others. Let us remember to be nice to one another, as what we are going through on the inside may not always be visible on the exterior. After all, how we treated one other will be the only thing that matters when this is all said and done.

Our Kindness IQ remains intact when we join this world. We can help to preserve it that way by our actions. Kindness is like a muscle; the more you use it, the stronger it becomes, and the less you use it, the weaker it becomes.

That isn’t to suggest that some situations and people will try your patience. Being a good person might be difficult at times! When you’re not feeling as nice and generous as you could be, meditation is a terrific way to calm down your day and take stock. It is not necessary to have a motive to be friendly to others.
