Personal terms are ongoing and both parties believe an agreement is within reach. The price for the deal is what both clubs needs to agree on.
An improved offer might see Liverpool agree to sell the forward. The imminent arrival of Darwyn Nunez from Benfica could be a catalyst to see the deal through as Liverpool will feel they have a replacement.
