They Travel To Israel To Worship And Fight Against The Building Of A National Cathedral – NPP Fires

There have been varying opinions and arguments about whether an establishment of a National Cathedral is what Ghana needs at this moment. Many believe that the establishment of a National Cathedral won’t cause any beneficial change in the lives of ordinary citizens.

Therefore, instead of releasing money to establish a house of God, the Government should consider putting that money to better use. They should focus on investing the monies into ventures that would be beneficial to all or most Ghanaians. The largest opposition party together with many Ghanaians shares a similar sentiment. They believe that most Ghanaians are suffering hence the government should focus on fixing the economy instead of building a Cathedral.

However, a fraction of party foot soldiers of the New Patriotic Party dubbed NPP 2024 shared a photo that captured some bigwigs of the National Democratic Congress enjoying a spiritual experience in Israel. In an attempt to the social media argument, the NPP foot soldiers referred to NDC as hypocrites because they wasted taxpayers’ money on a spiritual experience in Israel, and yet they are fighting against the building of a national cathedral.
