U.S based journalist, Kelvin Taylor, has warned Captain Smart that despite the underground work he did to ensure that NPP gained power, his own party will make sure he spent months in jail before election 2024.
In a post made on Sunday 12th June 2022, Kelvin Taylor wrote on Loudsilencemedia page;
“I have no personal issues with Captain Smart but it was never like he didn’t know whatever they hatched against John Mahama at the time were not lies. He knew those stories of Mahama owning ships in Tokyo, Hotels in Dubai, Money in Switzerland, Guinea Fowls flying to Burkina Faso, Ford, etc, we’re all Lies.”
Kelvin Taylor alleged that he took money together with Sefa Kayi and Oppong Nkrumah and the others to push such agendas.
He said that he do not have issues with what they believe in, but if you are going to push an agenda make sure whatever you are pushing are the truth and not lies.
“In 2020 when this same Captain Smart was with Angel FM, he was part of those who even made a mockery of the NDC when they were raising issues about the elections being rigged. He said it was the most transparent election he has witnessed. Kelvin Taylor added.
According to Kelvin Taylor, If we push Captain Smart to give us his tax breakdown as to how he managed to build his house he wouldn’t be able to do so because he knew how he made those monies was not legit.
“But Captain Smart take this from me, the NPP you did all these for would make sure you spend months in jail before election 2024.” Kelvin Taylor warned him.

The comments of Kelvin Taylor comes as a background to a video of Captain Smart who authoritatively mentioned that Safa Kai and Paul Adom-Otchere were the architects of the many lies that was churn out about former President Mahama in 2016, while he (Captain) served as a dissemination officer.
