The managing editor at the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt reacts to the Green Ghana Project and says Samuel Abu Jinapor must be congratulated for bringing up this project.
According to Kwesi Pratt, we are being taught in our various schools that plants have a lot of benefits to humankind and also help us to survive through the provision of oxygen so it is a good idea to begin the planting of trees.
Kwesi Pratt said without trees it will never rain because trees aid in rainfall and if they are being cut down, the pattern of rainfall will change.
The process of deforestation will lead to climate change and this can result in the death of many human beings because trees are our only survival on earth since we will not be able to get access to air, rainfall, and other benefits from trees.
Therefore, Samuel Abu Jinapor needs to be massively congratulated for bringing up the Green Ghana Project.
Kwesi Pratt disclosed this on a radio program titled “Kokrokoo” in an interview with the host of the show, Kwame Sefa Kayi.
