The banter between the traditional ruler, Togbe Afede XIV and the ace broadcaster, Paul Adom-Otchere has taken a different twist as the ruler(Togbe Afede XIV) expressed his surprise at the comments made by the media personality, Paul.
On a his(Paul) touch screen analysis programme aired on Good Evening Ghana, the host, Paul Adom-Otchere made claims of Togbe Afede not attending the meetings regularly, hence his inability to take the supposed ex-gratia deemed him after his services to the state.
The broadcaster revealed that the former council of state member attended only 16% of the total meetings held during his tenure in office.
The traditional ruler refute the allegations made when speaking to JoyNews Maxwell Agbagba today.
Togbe Afede XIV said, “ I was one of the active participants’ in the council of state, he explained.
The Asogli traditional ruler expressed shock with Paul’s claims but said it wasn’t something new to him especially when it has to do with the broadcaster(Paul Adom Otchere).
The Asogli ruler mentioned of similar situation happening to both some times ago.
