The Senior National Soccer Team, the Black Stars of Ghana matched their counterparts, the “yellow whites” thus, the Japanese National Team in a crucial World Cup friendly match to ascertain their preparedness towards the AfCON 2023 and the Mundial in Qatar, 2022.
As anticipated by many Ghanaians who over some few months now feels the National Team(The Black Stars) are ready to match any team boot for boot as there has been a changed in the managerial role with Otoo Addo, Chris Hughton, Didi Dramani and George Boateng behind the wheels( managers).
Unfortunately, the Yellow Whites( Japanese) thrashed the Black Stars by 4-1.
This update has caused many Ghanaians especially those in the football fraternity to rant on social media on the preparedness of the team they once called “Ready To Take The World”.
In a post on social media(Facebook and Twitter), Saddick Adams shared that it was only a friendly game and must not be taken as the “World Cup” – serious.
Others followed. Including Nana Aba Anamoah of GHONE TV.
People(Ghanaians) are puzzled of the future to this team.
Can they make any difference?
So many questions on the minds of die hard fanatics of the National Team.
