” Have you heard of any Akan President building a hospital at University of Development Studies campus or University of Cape Coast? Mahama is a Northerner but he built a hospital in Accra Legon” Captain Smart added.
Meanwhile, Captain Smart was heavily slammed for using tribalism as a basis of comparing John Dramani Mahama and Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo’s governance.
