The cumulative impact a habit will have on your life in the long term is the lens through which you must evaluate which habits to keep or kick out of your life.

●Junk Food
It is also known as HFSS food (high in fat, salt and sugar). It has little dietary fibre, vitamins, minerals and protein. This type of food when ingested is an underlying factor for uneccessary weight gain that can be avoided.
●Late Night Meals
Are you fond of eating meals late at night. It is time to drop this bad habit. You are more likely to gain more weight if you eat at night since you are less active during this time.
●Emotional Eating.
Others’ appetite are emotionally driven. They eat when they are sad, angry or happy which is so bad. This is a very reckless and unhealthy way to fill up that will reflect in that fat belly you don’t want to carry.
