Speaking in an interview with Kwadwo Sheldon on the “Convo With The Head” segment, the ‘Mood” crooner intimated that most Ghanaian musicians use their own money to invest in their stagecraft when booked for shows because they want their audience to get the concept they create on the stage.
He revealed that his stagecraft during the Vodafone Ghana Awards last year was funded by him because he wanted to get the performance right even though the money he would receive from the organizers wouldn’t be enough to process the whole thing for him.
He added that in most cases where a musician’s stagecraft stands out, the musician and the team have invested their own resources into perfecting that craft.
