According to Captain Smart, Apostle Opoku Onyinah is part of the Board of Trustees and he is not afraid to say it. Captain Kwadwo Smart further added that, Archbishop Duncan Williams, Professor Martey, Pastor Mensah Otabil and many prominent men of God constitutes the Board of Trustees concerning the building of National Cathedral.
