A bold Kumasi Presenter who works for Kessben Media, Nana Frimpong Ziga has boldly revealed that former President John Mahama performed way better than the ruling Akufo-Addo government in the Ashanti Region. He revealed that, John Mahama’s government provided more monumental projects for the Ashanti Region than this Akufo-Addo government has. The only link to the video is below.
While speaking on Kessben FM and TV’s morning show, Nana Frimpong revealed that John Mahama built the Kejetia market, the Tech junction overhead, and started the Kumasi Airport phase 1, among other projects during his time as the President. He then revealed that, the current Akufo-Addo government after six years in office has not done any monumental project, not even one for Ashanti Region even though the region gives the NPP a lot of votes.
“ What has this Akufo-Addo government done for the Ashanti Region?? All these Ashanti Region appointees and MPs are failing to talk truth to power and is very worrying. They’ve done absolutely nothing for the Ashanti Region even though the region gave them over 1.5 million votes. Look at the projects Mahama did and started in Ashanti Region. He built the Kejetia market, and built the Tech junction overhead. Before the overhead, a lot of people were dying at that place. He also started the Kumasi Airport phase 1, among other things. I am a true and true Kumasi boy and I cannot point to one thing just one thing Akufo-Addo has built or done for Ashanti Region in six years.”
