Known as one of the top clubs in Europe with the adequate resources for grooming young talented players on the global scene, German outfit – Borussia Dortmund has once discovered Manchester City teenager to step in the shoes of Jadon Sancho.
Jayden Braaf, a Dutch winger who showed dominance in the English side youth team and scored important goals before joining Serie A outfit Udinese on a year loan deal in 2021 – has reportedly been signed by the Bundesliga giant on a free transfer.
Joined Manchester City U23 side from PSV Eindhoven Academy in 2019 for an undisclosed fee, Braaf spent a year and a half with the English outfit before joining Udinese on loan where he featured in four games – scored once. Searching for game time and to establish a global reputation – Braaf is said to have found the ideal club just like Manchester United attacker – Jadon Sancho years ago.
Confirmed the signing of Jayden Braaf, Marcel Lotka is one of the teenagers to have reportedly signed by the German outfit this summer. The 21-year-old goalkeeper joined the BVB from league rival Hertha BSC on a free transfer. Lotka upon leaving Hertha was given some minutes at the latter end of the just-ended season – sighting 10 games and keeping 2 clean sheets. Confirmed days ago of two departing goalkeepers this summer – Roman Burki and Marwin Hitz, the Polish shot-stopper is tipped to be the second choice at the Signal Iduna Park.
