The former captain of the black stars team, Asamoah Gyan has opened up about his relationship with the current captain of the team, Andre Dede Ayew. Many Ghanaians have been questioning their relationship after the captaincy brouhaha which later led to the resignation from Gyan in the national team.
Over the years, the two have been on a rocky relationship according to multiple reports. Addressing the supposed feud, the former Sunderland and Liberty Professionals striker said he cannot tell what Dede thinks about him and vice versa. He however went ahead to support his claim on why he is saying that. Although many Ghanaians assumes they are on bad terms concerning their relationship, he debunked such thought.
“In life, you don’t know people’s minds, I might talk to you right now but I might not like you but I have to talk to you,” he said as quoted by Ghanasoccernet.com. He went ahead in claiming that he has no problem with Andre Dede Ayew on his side but cannot tell the from the side of Dede. “I see what is in front of me, I don’t see what is behind me. For me what I see in Andre, I don’t have any problem, but behind I don’t know (what he thinks of me),” he added.
