Later last year, the Marghuy family were trending all over social media because they were being denied of equal opportunity to education just because they practiced Rastafarianism. The Supreme court later on ruled in their favor and Tyron Marghuy had the opportunity along with other friends to be enrolled into Achimota School.
This time around, the Rastafarians are not in the news for that. Tereo Marghuy, father of Tyron Marghuy, the Rastafarian student of Achimota has accused his son of assault. According to the father of the boy, his son has been very disobedient prior to even going to Achimota school and recently assaulted him.
In a video posted by Accra based Metro TV, Tereo said Tyron had an argument with his sister and as he tried to intervene, his young son assaulted him.
“This is what Tyron has done to my hands, he destroyed his sister’s tablet this morning”, he said in the video.
“He had an argument with his sister and I went over to ask him why and he just unplugged his laptop and walked over me and that’s what he has been doing all these years”, Tereo lamented.
In the said video, his dad is seen bleeding profusely on his right arm and badly injured. His father indicated that Tyron used the laptop charger wire to hit him and probably something else.
Some netizens have expressed their displeasure in why Tereo Marghuy has decided to bring out his family affairs to the general public since every family has a disobedient child. Leave your comments below and let us get talking.
