Dr. Henaku-Larbi, a professional and experienced fertility specialist and an expert in obstetrics and gynecology with a high interest in Feto-Maternal medicine and Infertility Management has outlined reasons why it’s important to take a shower before any sexual encounter.
According to Dr. Henaku-Larbi, aside from the infections that people pick up from having unprotected sex, having protected sex without keeping yourself clean before the encounter can also cause one to get viral and bacterial infections.
Speaking with Abigail Ashley on ‘My Health My Life’ on UTV, Dr. Larbi noted that because of the constant accumulation of sweat and dirt from the work people mostly do, it is very necessary to wash down before one engages in anything sexual.
