“The Movie Industry Deserves To Die”-Frank Naro Fumes As He Reveals How Some Producers Plotted His Downfall

Ghanaian actor and musician, Frank Naro has narrated how some Kumawood movie producers and directors connived to bring down some of the big names in the movie industry just because they demanded to be treated fairly.

Speaking in an interview on Okay FM’s Enkwasodwodwo segment, Frank Naro revealed that the movie industry deserves its fate on the account that some key players within the industry caused the downfall of some top movie stars and as a result, destroyed the industry.

He revealed that the likes of Agya Koo, Kwaku Manu, Nana Ama Mcbrown, and himself were tagged as disrespectful people, hence most producers refused to work with them.

On top of that, they connived to bring down some of these actors and actresses by informing other producers to stop working with them simply because they demanded to be treated fairly and be given what they are worth.

He added that the movie industry deserves to die since some of these Kumawood producers have decided to cause the downfall of top stars in the industry.

In other news, the founder of the Arab Money Gang Business record label, Kwaku Addai, well known as Criss Waddle has revealed that the Azonto music genre is not dead.

Speaking in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdon FM, Criss Waddle revealed that the Azonto dance might have disappeared from the system because Ghanaians are mostly craving new things.

However, the Azonto music genre which brought a low of musicians into the limelight is not dead but has only been turned into the modern music genre called Afrobeat.

He explained that the Azonto music genre was usually for dancing so as the Afrobeat music genre so he believes the taste of new things and modernization inspired the idea to snub the name Azonto for Afrobeat but they are basically the same genre.
